Athena Nhan Ta in seated meditation overlooking an alpine valley

BEGINNING

A path for both mind and heart

I began asking questions about suffering, meaning, and why people could hurt one another so easily — from thirteen years old. It took two decades of searching to find my way back, to a life held with clarity, love, joy, and connection. Read the fuller story here.

If you've spent years searching and still feel unfinished. If psychology has helped, but something deeper remains unnamed. If spiritual teachings inspire you, but sometimes feel disconnected from ordinary life, relationships, and pain — you may find something useful here.

The End of Seeking

The End of Seeking book cover

A six-stage path from suffering to freedom

The End of Seeking grew out of my own search to understand suffering and what allows us to live with genuine freedom. It brings Buddhist psychology and contemporary understanding together in a practical six-stage path.
